Accepting an Invitation

To join a crew:

• Tap on the link that you have been sent.
• Download the app.
• Create your account.
• You will be directed to the crew.

If that doesn’t work and you are taken to the ‘Create a Crew’ screen, go back to the invitation and click on the link again.

You may have to ask the Captain or Admin of the crew to resend the link for you as it may have expired.

If you continue to have problems, it may be the security settings on your phone or wi-fi. Some browsers (like DuckDuckGo) or ad blockers (like PiHole) can stop texts or links from coming through.

Try:

• switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data

• opening the link in a different browser

• checking if the message has landed in Spam or Blocked

• or, if your phone filters unknown numbers, turning that off briefly.
