Creating a Crew and Sending Invitations

The free Gather My Crew app is available rom the App Store or Google play. Once you have downloaded and opened the app, you will be guided through the process of opening an account and creating a crew.

Now your crew is created, we encourage you to work through the Level up your help steps. These will help you think about the sort of support you'll be asking your crew to provide.

If you're not sure at this early stage, you can always come back to it later. And don't worry, all of this can be very easily changed if and when you need to.

Inviting Helpers

Helpers can only join your crew if you send them an Invite. To do this:

• On the Crew screen, taps + Invite member.
• If you choose to Invite via SMS, you’ll be asked for permission to access your contacts. You’ll then have the option to choose from your contact list who will get an invitation.
• If you choose to Share invite link, you'll be able to share the invite into a messaging app, or to copy and paste it into an email or post.
