Guides

Guides allow you to give more specific information to your crew so they can step in to provide support confidently, without needing to guess or keep asking questions.

Very important or general Guides can be pinned to your Home screen, more specific Guides are probably best added to particular Tasks.

We have included some templates, from a  ‘Favourite  Meals Guide’ to ‘How We’re Talking to the Kids’, or there is the option to create a Custom Guide.

To create a Guide:

• On the Crew page, scroll down to Guides and tap Add Guide.
• Choose Custom Guide or one of the templates that suggest the information your crew may need.
• Complete the details of the Guide, including any images or links that may help your crew.
• Choose who the Guide will be visible to.
• Select Pin to Home if you would like the Guide to be added to the Home screen.
• Tap Create Guide.

To edit or delete a Guide:

• On the Crew screen, scroll down to Guides.
• Tap the ellipsis to the right of the Guide's title.
• Select Edit, make the necessary changes, and tap Edit Guide.
• Or select Delete and Delete.
